How to use Gro Pro Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 5 capsules twice daily with meals - or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed 10 Gro Pro capsules in any 24-hour period. Note: Please consult with you physician prior to starting any exercise or nutrition program.
